You need only those things that you need to live alive :) Only carry necessary things. Trust me, you will thank me later :) If you carry non necessary things your bag weight will increase and it cause speed, stamina, etc.

Tip : Don't carry those things , you can buy from anywhere like : Maggi, Water bottle. ( actually now days all things available everywhere )

Before 5 days, take a page and write down things

Rules of packing bag :

Easy access

Equal distribution of weight (weight balance)

Carry less weight as you can

Tip : Wear and carry only jogger pants and stretchable cloths

Let's start :

1 half t-shirt

Sun cap

1 and 1.5 ltr water bttle (basilary)

3. Water Bottle (1&2 Ltr)✅

4. Swiss knife✅

Swiss Army knife is one of the most versatile tools you can carry. It is compact, lightweight, and small enough to fit in a pocket or pouch. It can handle anything from tightening a screw with its built-in screwdriver to slicing and cutting with scissors. Swiss knife is also useful for self defense.

Benefits of a Swiss Army Knife

  • Versatile. You can use a Swiss Army knife in a variety of ways, such as for opening a wine bottle, clipping a wire, peeling fruit, and cutting paper or clothing. You can also use the knife for measuring a certain height, among other things.

  • Bendable and portable. Swiss Army Knives are bendable, so they are easy to take along with you. You can put them in luggage, inside a pouch, or even your pocket.

  • Reliable: They are quite durable and can withstand many years of use. You can take them on your camping trips and other outdoor trips for years to come. They do not break easily, and the edge is quite sharp.

  • Good value for money: A Swiss Army knife is ideal for any budget. Some of the included tools, such as pliers, scissors and wood saw, make the knife a worthwhile investment.

5. Head lamp✅

A headlamp or headlight (known as a head torch in the UK) is a light source affixed to the head for outdoor activities at night or in dark conditions such as caving, orienteering, hiking, skiing, backpacking, camping, mountaineering or mountain biking. Headlamps may also be used in adventure races. Trust me you should buy a headlamp this helps you specially in night trek & night camping. You can use your hand for other work rather than holding torch.

In market 3 types of headlamp is available :

Tip : Purchase cell operated headlamp so, you can carry extra cell and change if you need. Rather than charging it

1. Flood (or Wide): Useful for general camp tasks, up-close repair work and reading. Flood beams ordinarily do not throw light a long distance.

My suggestion (best headlamp in just 250 Rs, IPS 4 rated, You can use on 4+ trips, LED light, best quality) : https://cabraloutdoors.com/collections/clearance/products/wavetheory-ultra-light-waterproof-headlamp-md102a

2. Spot (or Focused or Narrow): This tight beam best enables long-distance viewing. In most cases this is a better choice to navigate a trail in the dark.

My suggestion (best headlamp in just 250 Rs, IPS 4 rated, You can use on 4+ trips, best quality ) : https://cabraloutdoors.com/collections/clearance/products/wavetheory-ultra-light-waterproof-headlamp-md101

3. Flood/Spot: Adjustable headlamps are the most versatile.

My suggestion (On basis of reviews) :
